  • Risk Assessment and Management Framework consultation

    During August and September 2016, the Minister of Justice ran a consultation process on a draft Family Violence Risk Assessment and Management Framework. The online consultation received 120 submissions, and the views of a further 190 people were collected at regional workshops. The draft was significantly revised as a result.
