Planning for Engagement with Māori Workshop Registration

Closes 5 Jul 2024

Opened 12 May 2023

Overview

Tēnā koutou katoa. Te Arawhiti extends a warm welcome to public servants looking to develop their Māori-Crown relationship skillset. Our Planning for Engagement with Māori workshop (102) is a full day workshop that builds on the engagement theory covered in the Introduction to Engaging with Māori workshop (101).

To register, participants are required to have completed the Introduction to Engaging with Māori workshop or be experienced engagement practitioners.

During the course of the workshop day, participants will use Te Arawhiti Engagement Framework and Guidelines to analyse and review engagement plans and scenarios and draft an engagement plan and/or strategy. Participants should come with an engagement scenario for which they want to write an engagement strategy and/or plan.

You can register your interest in a workshop using this form. The workshops will take place in-person from 9:00am to 4pm, at the Royal Society Te Aparangi, 11 Turnbull Street, Thorndon, Wellington unless advised otherwise on the following dates:
