As you are aware, Tai Timu Tai Pari have been operating in the Criminal Family Violence Court list since 16 May, to test and validate a new wrap-around service (the service) model. Key features of the service model include, developing a whānau plan, preparing court participants for hearings and connecting them with appropriate support.

The test and validation phase of the service is due to end shortly. Therefore, as a participant or stakeholder working with this service, it is important that we ascertain your preliminary feedback about, the introduction of service, how the service has worked in practice, and identify any opportunities for improvement. 

Your feedback and insights will help improve and inform the readiness of the final service model for full implementation. Therefore, we seek your consent and ask of you to please complete this short survey. The survey is confidential, and the information provided by you will only be used to inform early lessons learnt and validation of the service model.
