Part 2: Questions on the specific proposals for change
The following section provides further detail on eleven proposals for change. These proposals have been developed through initial analysis across the areas that are in scope for the review and generally address system settings and administrative arrangements for the legal aid scheme. Proposals either relate to the legal aid scheme overall or to specific types of legal aid across family, civil and criminal legal aid.
These proposals are preliminary only. New proposals may be developed based on the feedback we receive. We have asked several general questions after each proposal, but feedback on specific aspects of each proposal is also welcome.
