5th Periodic Report under the International Covenant for Economic Social and Cultural Rights Feedback
Contents
The fifth periodic report is an opportunity to present New Zealand's commitment to upholding human rights obligations.
Providing feedback helps to ensure the report is clear and accurate and helps us to determine if we should include any other information relevant to economic, social and cultural rights in New Zealand.
The structure of the survey reflects the structure of the report itself, starting with general significant developments then proceeding through the articles of the Covenant where there has been a recommendation. You can choose which article to comment on, the only compulsory element is the 'About you' section.
Please note that you will not see the 'Finish' button, or be able to submit your response, until you have answered the three required questions under 'About you.'
How to fill out this survey
- There are three required questions under 'About you.' The rest of the questions are optional; you can answer as many or as few as you'd like.
- There is also space under 'general comments' (last content item) for comments or feedback you'd like to provide that isn't captured in the other sections or articles.
- You can save your progress and come back later - you'll be sent an email with a unique Response ID and a link to return to the survey.
- The 'Finish' button will appear in the bottom right of this page after you have answered all of the required questions.
- Once you click 'Finish,' there is one opportunity to return to the survey. You cannot go back and change your answers after you submit.
If you have any trouble submitting your response, please contact us at humanrights@justice.govt.nz
