Overview
This survey seeks your feedback on two important court services:
1. Communication assistance
2. Interpreters
The communication assistance service is available to ensure that participants who experience communication difficulties have help to overcome barriers to access justice.
The interpreter service ensures that participants have access to justice in their preferred language.
Your feedback will be used to monitor service delivery quality and drive ongoing improvement.
We will run this survey annually to measure changes over time.
