Welcome to the 2026 Family Violence and Sexual Violence Workforce Pulse Survey. This is the third year that the survey has run. If you completed the survey previously you will find it is slightly different this year as we have created a single, fit-for-purpose annual survey.

This survey should take around 20-30 minutes to complete.

At the end of this survey, there will be an opportunity to give your thoughts on what type of information is important for us to collect about your experience working in this sector. Your responses will help us to design future surveys to be meaningful and relevant.

Why your views matter

This is an opportunity for you to share your views on the system and use your voice to shape decision-making in the future. Through understanding how those working in the system are supported to work responsively, safely, and effectively, we can measure our progress in strengthening these workforces. This accountability ensures that our efforts align with our moemoeā (vision), directing resources where they are most needed.

Voluntary and confidential: Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. Your responses will remain confidential, and no attribution will be made to individual participants. The survey responses will be securely stored by the Centre for Family Violence and Sexual Violence Prevention.
