Welcome to the 2025 Family Violence/Sexual Violence Workforce Pulse Survey. This is the second year that the survey has run. If you completed the survey last year, you will find that it is significantly different this time around. The comprehensive survey you completed last year will occur every two years, with a shorter, more focused survey occurring every other year. This shorter survey is focused on three key areas - Knowledge, Skills, and Relationships, and should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.

At the end of this survey, there will be an opportunity to give your thoughts on what type of information is important for us to collect around your experience working in this sector. Your responses will help us to design future surveys to be meaningful and relevant.
